Our Holistic Cooking Classes provide unique exciting experiences via:

- Unlike other classes, participant get to invite friend/s to join the celebration feast after the class and have a tasting of their cooking efforts!!
- Class will enable you to apply the nutritional knowledge gained and turn your own favorite dishes into nutritionally healthy and still delicious meals.
- Cooking skills particular to the Holistic Meatball recipe.
- Our own signature recipe! Each meatball provides complete protein for vegan, and the 5 food groups for meat options.
